Blue Leather Fan Clutch

This is an unusaul blue leather clutch.  I really like the scalloped structure especially the tassel! I bought it at Value Village in brantford, Ontario.  I only paid $3.99 for it.  The lining is a soft navy blue velvet.  It was made in Korea.
