Brown Velvet Clutch

I LOVE this clutch!  It does have a strap but I prefer using it as a clutch.  I bought it at a garage sale for $1.00 in Brantford, Ontario.  It is a very soft brown velvent / felt material.  It is a Cabrelli Canada clutch.  I have quite a few Cabrelli items....I need to know more about this company.
